We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn
In the same condition that you received it
With original packaging, if applicable
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable
Personalized or customized products
Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the return address after your return request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
